In this class, you'll flow through a series of dynamic stretches, band-assisted stretches, and yoga poses, combined with foam rolling and PNF stretching to unlock new ranges of motion. We incorporate purposeful Zone 2 cardio on the rower, stationary bike, and ski-erg, along with light kettlebell swings and sled pushes/pulls, all designed to enhance blood flow without adding stress.

Isometric exercises, including both yielding and overcoming variations like Spanish squats, wall sits, mid-thigh pulls, and isometric lunges, further improve tissue resilience and joint stability.
