You'll cycle through a diverse gauntlet of exercises including intense rowing, biking, and ski-erg intervals, followed by gruelling sled pushes and pulls. The challenge continues with burpee broad jumps, wall balls, farmer's carries, lunges, running, box jumps, pushups, and jump squats. Some classes will even feature recorded times or specific goals at stations, allowing you to track your progress, strive for personal bests, and even see how you stack up against the studio's records.
