In this class, you will perform a wide range of foundational bodyweight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. We also incorporate advanced calisthenics and accessory work to maximize muscle growth and stability, including inverted rows, single-leg movements like pistol squats and Bulgarian split squats, and core work like planks and GHD Situps. Every movement is tailored to your fitness level, with regressions like knee pushups and progressions like decline pushups, ensuring that anyone can participate and be challenged.
