In this class, you'll engage in a powerful mix of training modalities that prepare your body to move as an ultimate athlete. We combine extensive and intensive plyometrics with Olympic lift variations to prime your nervous system for explosive power.

Expect to perform highly technical and dynamic movements like clean pulls, snatch pulls, and hang power snatches, along with push presses and push jerks. We also incorporate heavy kettlebell swings, med ball throws, and agility drills to round out your athleticism and ensure you're developing true, all-around capability.
