This is not a high-rep, high-exhaustion workout; instead, we prioritize heavy, compound lifts with a low-rep range (4-6 reps) to stimulate maximum strength gains.

In this class, you will work through the core lifts that are essential for building a resilient, powerful body. Expect to perform variations of the Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press, along with powerful lifts like the Barbell Row and Strict Press. We'll also use unilateral movements like the Bulgarian Split Squat and single leg RDLs to correct imbalances and build total-body stability.

Each session incorporates essential mobility work and core exercises, as well as movements like Back Extensions, Glute Ham Raises, and GHD Situps to build a strong and stable posterior chain.
