In this class, you'll perform a diverse range of drills to make you more explosive. We incorporate standing vertical jumps, max approach jumps, and hurdle hops, along with advanced plyometrics like depth jumps. We then transition to targeted sprint drills, including accelerations, sled sprints, and form drills like A-skips and B-skips, all to perfect your mechanics and increase your speed. The class also includes the 5-10-5 agility drill to sharpen your change of direction.
